💎 Booking Policy ✨ Secure Your Appointment To ensure a smooth and exclusive booking experience, a non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients at the time of booking. Your deposit is fully applied toward your total service on the day of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding that this helps us reserve dedicated time just for you and maintain a high-quality experience for every client. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered last-minute cancellations In these cases, the deposit will be forfeited Repeated or short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings ❌No-shows are taken seriously as they prevent other clients from booking. 💅🏼Late arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
