This ensures we meet your expectations. ⏰ If you're late, consultation time is forfeited. ✅ Booking Requirements You must select the correct services and any necessary add-ons/removals when booking. Services cannot be added at the time of your appointment unless time permits. Questions about what to book? Feel free to message me! 💳 Payment Methods Cash Venmo Credit Card only (No zelle , Cash App, or other forms accepted.) ⏱ Grace Period & Late Policy 10-minute grace period allowed. After 10 minutes, appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 60% of the booked service. 📅 Availability My booking site is always updated. If you don’t see the time you need, text me directly. 🔴 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations/reschedules must be made 48+ hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24–48 hours will be charged 60% of the service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 60%. If your card declines, you must pay the balance before booking again. These policies are strictly enforced. 🔴 REFUNDS We do not issue refunds on nail services. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any questions or concerns about a service you received, please notify me. I will make every effort to correct the issue and ensure you're happy with the final result. 🛠 Nail Repairs Repairs for gel or dip are free within 3 days of your service. After 3 days, a repair fee may apply.
