🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🛑 Effective 9/2/24 – New Location 📍 51 W 84th Ave #401, Denver, CO 80260 (Just off 84th Ave & I-25) 🚨 APPLE MAP USERS: Please double-check the address before heading over. ✅ Booking Requirements You must select the correct services and any necessary add-ons/removals when booking. Services cannot be added at the time of your appointment unless time permits. Questions about what to book? Feel free to message me! 💳 Payment Methods Cash Venmo Credit Card only (No zelle , Cash App, or other forms accepted.) ⏱ Grace Period & Late Policy 10-minute grace period allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 60% of the booked service. 📅 Availability My booking site is always updated. If you don’t see the time you need, text me directly Or add yourself to my waiting list. 🔴 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 60% service fee. Repeated violations may result in restricted booking access. Clients who cancel three consecutive appointments may be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. 🔴 REFUNDS We do not issue refunds on nail services. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any questions or concerns about a service you received, please notify me. I will make every effort to correct the issue and ensure you're happy with the final result. 🛠 Nail Repairs Repairs for gel or dip are free within 3 days of your service. After 3 days, a repair fee may apply.
