If you are late to your appointment, the 10-minute consolation time will not be applicable. Client MUST select accurate services required for their appointment, including all necessary add ons, removals, etc. If the service is not selected, it can not be added at a later time (unless available). If you have questions regarding how or what to book, please feel free to message me. I will accept cash, zelle, or credit cards ONLY All appointments have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 60% of the service booked. Availability is up-to-date and accurate on the booking site. If you can not find an appointment available within your required time frame, you can text me. 🔴Canceling & Rescheduling Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved principally for you. Therefore, we kindly request all changes and cancellations be made no less than 48 hours in advance You may reschedule your appointment 🔴Canceling or rescheduling your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment Same day cancellations (24 hours) and no-shows will result in your card on file being charged 60% of the reserved service fee. lf your card declines, you will be prohibited from booking again unless your balance is paid. These policies are strict and enforced 🔴REFUNDS We do not issue refunds on nail salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me If you are not satisfied with the work performed i will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. 🟡Nail repair within 3 days ONLY This service is ONLY for gel, and dip that chip within 3 days of application ✨THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support.
